Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each candle and item is carefully crafted in small batches, and we cannot restock or resell used or returned products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flamesandfables@aol.com.
