Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Flames & Fables is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
